Food Testing

What is food sensitivity?

Food sensitivities are reactions that occur after eating certain foods, but may not appear for up to 3 days. These foods are often eaten daily and are therefore not easy to pinpoint as being the cause of a symptom. A person stressed by foods in this way would find it challenging to maintain good health. By identifying culprits and modifying diet health and fitness can improve tremendously.

How can I find out if I have a food sensitivity?

An easy way to find out is to take a food sensitivity test from a qualified kinesiologist.
